The human experience is a beautiful, complex tapestry—and like many, my own path has been marked by significant challenges. From navigating chronic debilitating pain from endometriosis, PCOS and surviving sexual assault, to experiencing the heartbreak of pregnancy loss and later facing a battle with breast cancer, I’ve walked through the fire. Despite being surrounded by love, these moments were often lonely and frustrating. These experiences taught me a vital lesson: there is a profound gap in trauma-informed care and research—not just in women’s health, but for everyone. This realization is what fuels my mission today.
In 2006, I graduated with my Master’s in Occupational Therapy, embarking on a career that has been as much a personal healing journey as a professional one. OT changed how I see the world; it taught me that with the right guidance and time, anyone can rediscover their strength. My practice has been shaped by global experiences—from the mainland U.S. to starting my first private practice in Guam—giving me a broad perspective on the human spirit. My mission is to offer that same 'different lens' to my clients, helping them find resilience through their own unique stories, supported by the same love and stability I find in my own family every day.
I now have an advanced degree in Occupational Therapy, 20 years of clinical experience, numerous specialized certifications and a true passion for seeing and validating each and every individual who seeks support. I’d love to meet you!
