Sex Counseling
Virtual or in-person sex counseling addresses physical, sensory, and social barriers to sexual expression and enables individuals to safely and meaningfully engage in sexual activity.
Abdominal Therapy
A gentle, hands-on therapy working through the front of the abdomen, back, sacrum and tailbone to improve symptoms of PMS, cysts endometriosis, digestive issues, and more.
